Summer 2009 On July 3rd Marina gave a piano recital in the festival Summer in Dobrna (at the Spa resort Dobrna), as part of the Imago Sloveniae projects. She played : Beethoven Sonata Op. 31/3, Karol Pahor Three Concert Studies, Marko Tajčević Balkan Dances, Ferdo Livadić Notturno, Tchaikovsky Variations op. 19 and Chopin 2 Nocturnes and Barcarolle Terra Magica, Poreč From July 26th to August 8th Marina was participating at the Terra Magica Music Festival in Poreč, Croatia as recitalist and as mentor at its Summer Academy. The recital at the Basilica St. Euphrasius on August 1st included Livadić, Beethoven, Chopin, Tchaikovsky as well as Schubert Sonata op. 42. The master workshop The hidden potential took place for one week with an international student participation: Kosova, Belarus, Bosnia, Italy, Slovenia. Festival-competition Hopes, talents, masters Bulgaria From September 2nd to 13th Marina was a member of the international jury at the Festival Competition »Hopes, talents, masters« in Dobrich-Albena, Bulgaria. She played at the Gala concert of the jury members, both solo and in duo with the »golden flute« of Bulgaria, Georgi Spasov. |
